What happens after the 3 months free?

Nothing changes overnight. Near the end of your trial we'll remind you, and you only start paying weekly if you choose to continue. No card is required to start.

What does "from $99/week" mean?

Basic is a flat $99 per week per venue, with no setup fees and no commission on orders through your own storefront. Pro and Full Access add more capability at $199 and $499 per week.

Why weekly billing instead of monthly?

Hospitality cashflow runs weekly, so your software bill should too. It keeps costs predictable against your takings instead of one lump each month.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There's no lock-in contract: cancel from your billing portal and you won't be charged for the next week.

Who owns my data?

You do. Your menu, customers and sales data are yours; you can export them at any time, and we never sell them.

Do I need a card to start?

No. You can upload your menu and go live without entering any payment details. We only ask for a card if you choose to continue after the free trial.
