What happens after the 3 months free?
Near the end of your free trial we email you a reminder. When the trial ends, your venue stops taking new orders until you choose to continue on the weekly plan, so nothing is charged unless you decide to go on. No card is required to start.
How much does OrderGrid cost?
OrderGrid is a flat $50.00 a week plus GST, per venue, with AI features included and no setup fees. That is $55.00 a week charged, GST shown on your tax invoice. This is an introductory price. We will tell you in writing at least 30 days before it changes, and you can cancel before the new price applies, with no fee.
Why weekly billing instead of monthly?
Hospitality cashflow runs weekly, so your software bill should too. It keeps costs predictable against your takings instead of one lump each month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no lock-in contract: cancel from your billing portal and you won't be charged for the next week.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your menu, customers and sales data are yours, and we never sell them. You can download your sales, product, staff, payment, purchasing and menu data as files from the screens where it lives. A download of your customer list is not available yet.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You can upload your menu and set up your venue without entering any payment details. We only ask for a card if you choose to continue after the free trial.
