Your dashboard is at admin.ordergrid.com.au. Sign in with the email address and password you chose when you signed up.

Forgotten the password? There is a Forgot password? link on that page. It is a different address from this website, so it is worth bookmarking.

Sign in to your dashboard

When you press Go live at the end of setup, we publish your ordering page at your own address on ordergrid.com.au, so a venue called Sunny Cafe gets sunny-cafe.ordergrid.com.au.

That is your ordering page. It shows your menu at your own address. Taking payment online is not switched on for any venue yet, so the page cannot take a paid order today. We show you the exact address on the last screen of setup, once it is published. It can take a few minutes to come online.

Your counter till and your kitchen display are the OrderGrid app. It is a separate app you install on the tablets in your venue, and it signs in with your manager PIN, not your dashboard password.

A new tablet needs a Google account signed in before Google Play will install anything; the tablet's setup screens walk you through that.

On an Android tablet: get OrderGrid on Google Play.

On an iPad or iPhone: get OrderGrid on the App Store. If it will not install, email support@ordergrid.com.au with your venue name.

The dashboard at admin.ordergrid.com.au is for your menu, prices, staff and reports. Taking orders happens in the app.

Email support@ordergrid.com.au. That is the fastest way to reach us, and it reaches the same team whatever you are stuck on.

OOHA Pty Ltd is the company that runs OrderGrid. The same address takes privacy requests and account deletion requests. Include your venue name so we can find your account.
