Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-06-03

This is a plain-English draft for transparency. It is being reviewed by a qualified Australian lawyer and is not yet final legal advice.

These terms govern your use of the OrderGrid platform provided by OrderGrid, an OOHAi company. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

OrderGrid provides hospitality software including online ordering, point of sale, kitchen displays, phone answering, marketing, reporting and operations tools, as described on our website and selected by your plan.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure. You must have authority to act for the business you register.

Your data and content

You retain ownership of the menu, customer, sales and other data you put into OrderGrid. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and process it to provide the service. You can export your data at any time.

Acceptable use

You must use OrderGrid lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches.

Fees

Paid plans are billed weekly per the prices shown at sign-up, following any free trial. Billing terms, trials and cancellation are described in our Billing & Subscription Terms.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the service reliable but do not warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and the courts of Western Australia have jurisdiction.
