Terms of Service

OrderGrid provides hospitality software including online ordering, point of sale, kitchen displays, marketing, reporting and operations tools, as described on our website and selected by your plan.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure. You must have authority to act for the business you register.

You retain ownership of the menu, customer, sales and other data you put into OrderGrid. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and process it to provide the service. You can download your sales, product, staff, payment, purchasing and menu data from the screens where it lives.

You must use OrderGrid lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches.

If OrderGrid offers you a connection to an account your business holds on another platform, such as a Google Business Profile, a Facebook Page and its Instagram account, or an Uber Eats store, and you make that connection, this section applies as well as the rest of these terms.

If you connect an account, it must be one you are allowed to manage, and you must keep following that platform's own terms and policies while it is connected. If you connect a Google Business Profile, those are the Google Terms of Service and the policies Google sets for Business Profiles. If you connect a Facebook Page or its Instagram account, they are the Meta Terms of Service, the Instagram Terms of Use, the Meta Platform Terms and any other Meta terms that apply to your Page. If you connect an Uber Eats store, it is your agreement with Uber.

If you connect an account, what reaches you through it (reviews, comments, messages and orders, and the names of the people behind them) is for running your venue only, and you must not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it in any way that platform's terms do not allow.

If you connect an account, anything you send through it from OrderGrid, such as a reply to a review, a post or a message, goes out in your business's name only after you approve it, and you are responsible for what it says.

If a platform asks us to, or if a connected account is used against that platform's terms or these terms, we may disconnect it. If you connect an account, our Privacy Policy says what we read from it, how long we keep it, and how anyone can ask us to delete it.

If you connect a Google Business Profile, note that Google Business Profile itself is free from Google: what you pay us is for OrderGrid, not for your Google profile. If you connect a Google Business Profile, Google's notice for businesses that work with a third party such as OrderGrid applies to you, and it is linked at the foot of every page of this site.

Paid plans are billed weekly per the prices shown at sign-up, following any free trial. Billing terms, trials and cancellation are described in our Billing & Subscription Terms.

We work hard to keep the service reliable but do not warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out here.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and the courts of Western Australia have jurisdiction.
