Billing & Subscription Terms
Last updated 2026-06-03
These terms describe how OrderGrid subscriptions are charged.
Free trial
New venues get three months free. No card is required to start. We'll remind you before the trial ends, and you only continue to a paid plan if you choose to.
Weekly billing
After the trial, plans are billed weekly in advance, per venue, at the plan price shown when you subscribe, until it changes as set out under Price changes below. Prices are in Australian dollars and are shown excluding GST. GST at 10% is added to each weekly charge and shown on your tax invoice. Weekly billing is designed to match hospitality cashflow.
Price changes
The weekly price shown when you subscribe may be an introductory price, and we may change it. Before we change the weekly price you pay, we will tell you in writing, by email to the address on your account, at least 30 days before the new price applies. That email will state the new price and the date it starts.
The new price applies from the start of your first billing week that begins after those 30 days have passed. It never applies to a week you have already paid for.
If you do not want to pay the new price, you can cancel from your billing portal at any time before it applies, and there is no fee for cancelling. If you cancel before it applies, you are never charged the new price, and your access continues until the end of the week you have already paid for.
Cancellation
There is no lock-in contract. You can cancel from your billing portal; cancellation stops the next weekly charge. Access continues until the end of the paid week.
Changes and refunds
You can change plans at any time, effective from the next billing week. Refunds are handled in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
